What do i need to bring?

At both the Lake Derby Floating Sauna and the Lake Burley Griffin Floating Sauna, we are completely off-grid. So please bring anything you may need such as towels, water, a change of clothes.

Is there a toilet at the floating Sauna?

There are no toilets on-site at either Floating Sauna location. Each are about a ten minute walk from the closest toilet so please plan accordingly!

Can i sauna if i am pregnant or have a medical condition?

We advise anyone with an existing medical condition to seek advice from their medical practitioner about the safety of using hot and cold therapy for their condition before booking a sauna.

How long does it take to get to the Sauna?

For our Derby sauna, it is around a ten minute walk from the carpark. So we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your appointment to ensure you have enough time to wander down to the sauna. Check out our Derby location page for more details on how to find us.

For the Lake Burley Griffin location, we have a convenient car park located at the rear of the sauna.
