What do i need to bring?

At the Lake Derby Floating Sauna, we are completely off the grid. So please bring anything you may need such as towels, water, a change of clothes.

Is there a toilet?

We are about a ten minute walk from the closest toilet so please plan accordingly!

Can i sauna if i am pregnant or have a medical condition?

We advise anyone with an existing medical condition to seek advice from their medical practitioner about the safety of using hot and cold therapy for their condition before booking a sauna.

How long does it take to get to the Sauna?
